How to Submit a Counter-Notice:
If you believe that your content has been wrongly removed due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, you may file a counter-notice to request the reinstatement of the content. Please send the following information:
- A description of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Aelftech.org may be found.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant, and the disputed material will be reinstated unless the copyright holder takes legal action within 10-14 business days.
